With over two decades experience in media and entertainment technology companies, innovation has been a constant theme in Camilla's career. During 15 years in engineering at Sony Professional, Camilla developed software for global product releases in the areas of digital signage and broadcast workflows.

Camilla then moved into product management, first at UKCloud delivering cloud infrastructure, then at Grass Valley to launch a new broadcast asset management solution on the Agile Media Processing Platform (AMPP).

Camilla now heads up the product team at Disguise, the technology company driving a new dimension of entertainment across live events, immersive experiences, virtual production and broadcast.

Everybody sees what happens on the screen and what goes out, but there's so much work and effort goes into production, the preplanning and making these things happen, to be recognised for that work that goes on preproduction is amazing!

To recognise people that do stuff that isn't normally recognised, you know it's normally the hosts, the executive producers and the creative directors, but yeah the technical stuff makes it happen!
